FTP Instructions

Please follow these instructions to upload art files to our FTP server:

Name Your Files and file Formats

File formats: Your final artwork should be in one of the following formats: Adobe Illustrator AI or EPS or Adobe Photoshop.

Name your file: Please make sure that you include your company name as part of the file name. For example:

Login Information

If you are using Windows Explorer enter the following address in your address bar: ftp.flagshop.com

If you are using FTP software, please use the following IP address: ftp.flagshop.com

UserID: ftpartfiles
Password: artfiles

Important!

Please notify us once you have uploaded your artwork to our FTP server. Our production department will check to make sure that we have received your artwork successfully.
